Chef Jennifer has 30 years in the restaurant industry.
She has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in
Atlanta, Georgia. Such as, Ray's on the River, Van Gogh's, and Capital Grill.
Chef Jennifer obtained her goal of Executive Chef, at Stonebridge Tavern in Woodstock, Georgia.
Chef Jennifer's vast knowledge and innovative style of cooking is sure to please the most discerning of palates.
Chef Rita has worked for the Shreveport Fire Department for over
27 years. She is getting a head start on her second career.

A 2006 Graduate of Bossier Parish Community College Culinary arts department. Phi Beta Kappa.
Chef Rita enjoys entering food and cake decorating competitions. She has gone as far as Tulsa, Oklahoma and Austin, Texas to compete.
She was in a junk food competition against the late Tim Greening of the Shreveport Times.

Chef Jennifer and Chef Rita worked together at Jack Binion’s Steakhouse in the Horseshoe Casino.
Chef Rita also works at the fire department.
