Your Private Home Chef can cook American ( Southern down home cooking, Creole, Cajun), Italian, Mexican,and some French, Asian, and Mediterranean cuisine. Private Home Chef has been professionally trained and can cook a variety of different foods.
Desserts are a favorite to make. Cheese cakes, truffles, bread puddings,cakes,pies,and trifles.
Your Private/Personal Chef can cook for a formal affair or informal gathering.
A Private Chef can prepare meals using the menu you picked out. Package them in required containers and freeze them. You could take out what you want for supper the night before, put them in the refrigerator to thaw. When you get home, pop it in the oven or microwave ( according to heating instructions) and you can sit down to a gourmet meal. We can come in and prepare a weeks worth of meals for you. This includes entree's and side dishes.
Your Private Home Chef loves to cook new foods so if there is something you are craving, or want to try. Let us know, we will take it from there
We will work out the details of the meal. Suggestions will be offered, but the final decision is yours.

Your Personal Chef will shop for the groceries and deliver them.
A list of the groceries needed for the prepared meal will be made.
If we are cooking for the week, it would be easier for us to pick up your groceries for the meals planned by you.
If the private/personal chefs buy the groceries, money to cover the cost is expected the day of delivery. Clients will receive an invoice showing the cost of the groceries.
The Private Home Chef is your own personal chef.
Private Home Chef will not be responsible for hard to find or out of season items.
Your Private / Personal Chefs will :
Prepare the food as set forth in the menu agreed upon.
Follow all safety guidelines in preparing and completion of the meal.
Food will be cooked in a timely manner (not responsible for non-functioning appliances)
Food ready to serve at the correct (safe) temperatures
You will be given thawing and heating instructions for meals cooked for the week.
Your personal chef can work around any special dietary needs. Just let us know what they are.
We will Follow all sanitation guidelines
Your personal chef will need to have access to the kitchen before the event in order to prepare the food for cooking
